We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
Complete site evaluation, drafting of plans, specifications for materials and building procedures, projected costs, and proposed building schedule.
Site evaluation to include; site plan, foundation grades, view considerations, passive solar considerations.
Drafting to include; foundation plan with detail floor plans, 1st and 2nd framing plans, building section, log plan, four elevations, door and window schedule with detail and room finish schedule.
Specifications to include; log plan with details, material accessories tradesmen, fixture brands, allowances and written project summary.
Costs to include; labor, material and subcontractor costs for each specification and Miller Log Homes draw schedule or cost breakdowns and draw schedules.
Building schedule to include; flow chart with proposed dates to begin, log order, excavation, log delivery, weekly construction and completion.
Costs are charged at current $50.00/hr. and material costs plus 10% as needed for completion to owner satisfaction.
We propose to hereby furnish material and labor towards the above specifications with the commitment deposit of $3,000.00 to begin and apply towards costs.
Payment to be made as follows: Due upon acceptance. This good faith deposit will be used to begin and will be used toward project costs, but otherwise non-refundable. Expenses and balance documented at commitment completion.

This design proposal is how Miller Log Homes begins completely finished log homes and other individualized construction projects. Each project is unique and will require special considerations. We can handle anything or everything with owner financing. If you've got the money, we've got the time, tools, recourses and experience.
